Passing through Hermonville on a Monday when many restaurants are closed, we stopped for a quick pizza in the evening. I've rarely tasted such a good pizza! The crust was both crispy and creamy (similar to a pinsa, I thought), very generously topped, a real treat, and the welcome and service were very friendly! My only regret is that I only realized they had a Ch'ti pizza with Maroilles cheese after I'd ordered... Darn... living near Paris, it's a bit far to come back... Do you deliver? :-)
