Excellent service and goodwill

Amazing experience at Casa Délice 2! We came with friends and ordered two pizzas, and honestly, they were fantastic 😍 But most importantly, a huge plus for the service! The person taking our orders was super friendly, we had a great laugh, it's really nice to be welcomed like that. Great atmosphere, great service, great pizzas 🍕 We'll definitely be back!

The quality is improving....

We placed an order requesting a simple change: a pizza without merguez sausage. Upon receiving it, the mistake was obvious, as they had removed the BBQ sauce instead. The real problem isn't the preparation error (that can happen), but the customer service. When we called to report the issue, the person on the other end immediately implied that the mistake was ours. Unfortunately for us, there were three of us when we placed the order, and we were very clear about what we had requested. After implying that I simply had to "wait" (without offering any concrete solution initially), the man on the phone changed his tone and only offered to remake the pizza after I pointed out his lack of courtesy. Faced with this bad faith and inappropriate tone, I decided to cancel and not reorder. I also reminded him that I wasn't trying to get anything for free, but simply to receive what I had paid for. A business is also about respecting the customer, and here, that was lacking. Avoid it.

Horrible, I strongly advise against going there! There were cockroaches in the restaurant, the food was served cold, and the staff were unhelpful and unpleasant.

Really disappointed. I placed an order, but they didn't bring me the correct one; it was someone else's order. The delivery driver made a mistake. I called, and they told me they would redeliver it, so there was even more waiting. The order finally arrived. I had ordered a defsoce with merguez sausage, and to my great surprise, I found pieces of sausage... I definitely do not recommend this.

Very good, generous pizza, nothing to complain about, I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Very good, with good service and excellent food.

Very good, I recommend it. The staff is helpful and welcoming. I ordered a marinated chicken taco with fries and a drink for €10. Frankly, there was a lot of filling and sauce, so nothing to complain about.

Magnificent, I had a wonderful meal, thank you to the chef!
