A quality Italian restaurant, but... The prices are affordable, the ingredients are fresh, and the dishes are consistently excellent. The owners are friendly and pleasant, which generally makes for a very positive experience. Unfortunately, I have reservations about the service. The waitress never smiles, places the plates abruptly on the table, and seems inattentive to the customers. Her attitude often gives an impression of nonchalance and disinterest. On several occasions, she seemed more preoccupied with her phone than with serving. Another point to consider: there is no air conditioning in the dining room. On hot days, the atmosphere quickly becomes stifling, which can make the meal less enjoyable. This is a shame, as it contrasts sharply with the quality of the food and the warm welcome from the owners. I hope these points can be improved, as this establishment has many strengths. 👍

Friendly staff, good charcuterie platter, however I have never eaten such bland tagliatelle carbonara, it's worthy of the pasta from my childhood school cafeteria (and that's really not a compliment)

Delicious pizzas. A competent and pleasant waitress. However, no greeting from the owners. No need to make any effort, the place is well-known. We appreciate human interaction.

I paid €12.50 for two scoops of ice cream with whipped cream, a tiny bit of hot chocolate, and a Coca-Cola. The Coke alone cost €4.50, which seems excessive to me. It's a pizzeria, and even in Reims, nothing justifies such a price. It's almost four times more expensive than a one-liter bottle of water in a supermarket.

Excellent meal. Thin-crust pizza with a flavorful topping. Delicious dessert. I highly recommend it; it had been a long time since I'd eaten there, and it hasn't changed.

Being Italian, our judgment might seem harsh... Pizzas that are more like flammekueche, veal Milanese that's too thick, breading that isn't crispy... Profiteroles and tiramisu are very average. Friendly but overworked staff... Avoid at all costs.

We often go to Da Nello in Reims with the team: the owners are lovely and the pizzas are excellent. However, during our last lunch there, the service provided by their daughter was very rude and condescending, which contrasts sharply with the usual quality of the place. It's a shame, because we really enjoy this establishment.

Italian? More like Alsatian! The pizza is more like a flammekueche than anything else… the dough is very dry and the prices are really high. First and last time.

The pasta was dry and definitely reheated, the bread wasn't fresh and was even hard, and as for the pizza, it was as thin as a flamiche and hard to cut.

We were very disappointed with our dinner a few weeks ago. The quality of our pasta carbonara really surprised us for an "Italian" restaurant.

I didn't appreciate the price of a carafe of wine being changed from €15 to €25 without prior notice or mentioning it when the bill arrived. It wasn't my problem if it was undrinkable, as the wine was far too young; they should know how to serve a decent wine for a €15 carafe. Serving a bottled wine afterward wasn't my choice, it was the restaurant owner's. The pizzas were good, but the toppings on the crust were sparse. In short, this "final bill" ruined our evening, given the way we were treated. I won't be going back.
