Domino's Pizza Reims 2

I was very disappointed with my order tonight. I ordered a goat cheese and honey pizza with extra bacon, but the pizza arrived cold, dry, and without the extras I requested. What's more, it was so incredibly soaked in honey that you couldn't taste anything else. It felt like I was eating a pizza with nothing but honey.

Ordered by phone: small pizza with lots of tomato paste, undercooked fries, and low-quality chicken with black bones. An hour's wait. I'm very disappointed. See for yourself.

I ordered for my mum's birthday and I was very warmly welcomed by Salma and Sacha. They're a fantastic team and the pizzas are delicious.

AVOID! Order never received on Uber Eats and not refunded

Ordered at 7:15 PM, served at 7:45 PM because they forgot the name on the order. Not an apology. I had to remind them I hadn't paid for the pizza... Avoid at all costs.

The alarm rings day and night, it's awful.

You clearly make the best pizzas in Reims! We got takeout: four-cheese, goat cheese and honey, and Margherita pizzas, and they were delicious! However, they didn't give us any cutlery... 😓

As a regular Domino's customer, this was my first time ordering from them, and it was a disaster! The pizza was overcooked and dry, nothing on it. It's a disgrace. I'm usually a big fan of Domino's pizzas, so definitely don't order from them; choose another one.

I was waiting in line when I saw someone preparing pizzas without gloves! And while blowing their nose without washing their hands, they went right back to making pizzas 🤮 I won't be buying any more from you!!!

The staff is super friendly and I always order the same XL pizza, pepperoni, because my husband and I both love it. It's simple but so tasty, the crust is super thin, and we eat it again the next evening because it's still just as delicious. Please keep up the good work, the quality is there!!!

We called at 6:32 PM and an hour later I called again to find out where my pizza was, and they told me they didn't have an order. This pizzeria is a disaster! A disgrace! Avoid at all costs!!!

Completely satisfied with my order, I received a warm welcome, thank you to the person who took my order (Salma). She informed me in advance of the wait, which I considered normal, and as for the pizza, nothing to complain about, top-notch, generously topped, and the right size. Thank you.
