We've been customers for a while now. I usually order a Big Bacon pizza and I'm never disappointed; it's always excellent. But this time, if it had onions... I never order pizzas with onions from them... plus, they put a "hot sauce" on it when it's just mayonnaise. I'm very disappointed with the service on May 16, 2026. Thank you for your prompt call; we'll see with our next order. We ordered again, but that's it for us. Completely disappointed. Our pizza must have been lost somewhere in Reims since June 9, 2026...

One of the best pizzas in Reims. The service is always top-notch and the welcome is very warm. High-quality dishes. Excellent value for money. My children love it every time. I highly recommend it.

One Sunday at lunchtime, we tried L'Espace Pizza on Avenue de Laon for a quick bite. While the food had a few shortcomings, the service was impeccable. The staff were smiling, attentive, and genuinely caring while we waited, making the experience very pleasant. As for the food itself, the results were mixed. The meat was flavorful, although slightly too fatty, and the fries were a pleasant surprise: not greasy and perfectly cooked. However, the side dishes lacked generosity and freshness. The absence of bulgur wheat and the bread (which was complimentary but clearly stale and microwaved) were disappointing. The raw vegetables consisted mainly of a green salad with a hint of onion and an extremely thin slice of tomato. The industrial white sauce, served in a tube, was sorely lacking in flavor. In conclusion, it's an ideal spot for a quick bite in a pleasant setting. The dining room and small terrace are very inviting. It wouldn't take much—a little more care in selecting ingredients and fresh bread—to transform this place into an excellent Reims address. A decent stop, but not memorable.

The pizza dough was disgusting, and way too salty. I hate waste and I eat everything, but it ended up in the bin because it was so awful. I should have checked other reviews before ordering.

Pizza ordered at 8:33 PM "We'll deliver in 40 minutes" 10:30 PM, yes, we're here? No compensation offered! I'm a pastry chef and I get up at 6 AM, so I have to cook for myself, and then they wake me up to come pick up my order! Next time (if there is one) I won't answer the phone!

I waited 2.5 hours for my order, calling 4 times. They kept telling me it was on its way, but it never arrived. I had to go pick it up myself after 3 hours to get my pizzas.

Absolutely terrible service. Endless wait, unpleasant staff, and no organization whatsoever. We were ignored for several minutes, and when someone finally appeared, there was no greeting. Our order was taken hastily, there were mistakes in the final order, and no apology. I do not recommend this place at all. Avoid it if you're looking for a good experience.

I absolutely do not recommend this place. The service was appalling, and let's not even talk about the food. The servers were incredibly unfriendly, especially considering how few customers order. If you treat the few customers you do have like this, it's time to close down.
