Five Pizza Original Reims

Very disappointed, this is the third time this has happened to me. I ordered a salmon pizza and received a cheese pizza. The girls at the front don't respect the orders, and when I try to explain, they just brush me off.

Hello, We arrived at 11:40 PM on June 14, 2026, to order a simple pizza, but our order was refused even though your establishment displays a midnight closing time. A young employee told us that the cash register had already been cleaned. However, we pointed out that we could pay by card, and the self-service kiosks were still working, with the restaurant door still open. Beyond the refusal, her tone seemed particularly unpleasant and unprofessional, which made the experience all the more disappointing. Sincerely.

Very good value for money, we had a great time. We ordered the Hawaiian with balsamic cream, it was really good. Sure, it's not the best pizza you've ever had, but for a meal it's perfectly acceptable.

The pizzas are good, but unfortunately the service is often poor. Orders placed after you are served before you, even if it's the same order. This is the second time this has happened to me in a month. The first time, I thought, "No big deal, it happens." Today, I placed two orders, and the same thing happened: the one I ordered last arrived first, and the first order arrived 15 minutes later!

The lady was very friendly at the reception, but a pigeon defecated on our pizza, and they refused to exchange it, all because we were sitting on the terrace. Imagine how they'd feel if they had to remake a simple €8.60 pizza! Shocked by their response, I don't recommend it.

I always come to their place and their best pizza is Hot Pepper + an extra cebab meat + ChiliTai sauce!

I usally always go there to eat with my boyfriend the food is always a 10/10 but tonight it was disgusting and tested like they used expired ingredients i was disgusted and kindly asked them to change it the guy that was there was so rude and he told me apparently that is what I ordered and acted like it excused the smell and taste of it I am really disappointed and not be back especially after the staff attitude and disrespect you lost a loyal customer
