Saint anne fun food

Ordered a pizza meal for two this evening (2 pizzas, 2 drinks, and 2 desserts). Delivery was scheduled for 8:40 PM. The delivery driver arrived more or less on time. I got my 2 pizzas and 2 drinks, but not my desserts. He said he'd bring them right away. And indeed, he came back with the desserts, which weren't the right ones. Oh well, I took the brownies instead of the tarts, and we went to eat our pizzas. They looked very nice and smelled good, but they weren't cooked. The crust was practically raw underneath. From the first bite, the taste of raw dough flooded my mouth. I even tried baking them in the oven to make them edible, but it didn't work. I'll never order from them again.

Order placed online: we received free and very fast delivery, and the food arrived piping hot! The kebab was good quality and inexpensive. I'm only taking off one star because we didn't get a huge amount of meat. I'll definitely try it again…

The quality has clearly declined over time. Three times now, a simple goat cheese and honey panini has been missing half the ingredients. Paying for bread with Emmental cheese that's leaked out and honey inside the empty bread is only acceptable for so long. We live in the neighborhood, but home delivery often takes over an hour. The sauces in the kebabs or sandwiches are often not the ones we ordered. They make up for it somewhat with the pizzas, which are always excellent, but sometimes the delivery driver brings us pizzas with the cheese only on one side because it leaked during delivery due to the pizza not being flat. It's fairly rare, but when it happens, it's very unpleasant. I think we'll go somewhere else. It's a shame, I used to love this place, but the quality is clearly no longer there.

Honestly, it's the best restaurant, the pizza is magnificent and the service is impeccable

Long wait only to receive the wrong order without apology, and then be made to wait at least another hour to "make up for it".

My order arrived an hour and a half late, and to make matters worse, it wasn't the right order, so I had to wait another hour. So you can imagine the state of the fries and the bekab two and a half hours later. So good luck if you order. And lots of patience.
