Excellent service. Extraordinary meal.

Very good meal for Mother's Day

Although we were the first guests at the restaurant, the tables were dirty. The bread roll was probably left over from yesterday's breakfast and barely edible. Wine was only available by the bottle, not by the glass. The starter was barely seasoned, but no one on the staff seemed to notice that we could have asked for salt. The head waiter was unfortunately very arrogant, unfriendly, and inattentive, as many other reviews have noted. Only the soufflé was convincing; everything else was far below average. In Champagne, we truly expected more hospitality and attention to detail.

In a verdant setting, I enjoyed delicious, refined, and locally sourced cuisine... A fine selection of wines to choose from. Frankly, it's worth checking out.

Although the setting is pleasant, we didn't particularly enjoy our Pentecost meal. The service was very slow, the friendliness average, and the meal, in my opinion, didn't live up to its reputation. The Pentecost menu wasn't appropriate for the season. The veal carpaccio was tasteless, the foie gras with asparagus was very good, the beef fillet had few vegetables, and the dessert (strawberries with matcha cream) was bland. As for the garden, it was impossible to sit on the lounge chairs because there were no covers, just birdhouses. What a shame!
