The hygiene was extremely disappointing. The saleswomen handled the products with their bare hands, sometimes after handling money, without gloves or tongs. I even saw a hand placed directly on a loaf of bread to check if it was warm. In a food store, this is hardly acceptable and it doesn't inspire confidence. Please reinforce hygiene practices (tongues, handwashing, etc.).

The atmosphere was tense, a settling of scores between staff. This should have remained out of sight and hearing of the customers. What's more, the cake I bought was completely soggy...it doesn't make me want to go back...

Catastrophic. The "salmon" sandwich was disgusting, incredibly salty, and full of rubbery strings. I ordered a hazelnut coffee, and they served me a small cup that was half full (or empty). The waitress replied, "It's not me, it's the machine, sir." I asked her to top it up, given the ridiculously small amount, and she retorted, "You have to pay, sir." So, half a tiny cup of coffee for €1.20. After insisting and the pressure of the queue in the shop, she reluctantly served me a second cup, which I poured back into the other cup, resulting in a perfectly normal hazelnut coffee, just like I usually get wherever I go to a café. The waitress was awful; you'd think she was paying for the coffee out of her own pocket. I felt like I was talking to a living bot, obeying orders without thinking or considering the situation. Never again in this pseudo-bakery; their products are just like their staff: rubbish.

I find it outrageous that there's a phenomenal queue at the till and only one person to serve you. I'm sorry, but we don't have time to spend ages in a shop, especially for a sandwich and a pain au chocolat that, in the end, I didn't even buy because I left, fed up with waiting.

Before coming, I checked the reviews. Personally, I received a very warm welcome just now. The products are very good. So if I can help boost the rating of this friendly team, to whom I wish a happy new year again, then I've done it. In any case, I'll be back! And I highly recommend this bakery 👍

Very pleasant saleswomen and nice Christmas decorations

I'm delighted with the quality of the bakery service; the prices and taste were excellent, and the waitress Lucie was truly lovely, very friendly, and always smiling. I will definitely be back.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! One thing's for sure: I won't be going back... The saleswoman in the cap is very familiar with the customers, with absolutely no respect. Anyway, to make a long story short, I went to this bakery for a sandwich. Since it wasn't on the shelf, the saleswoman suggested the baker make one for me. So, to pass the time, I looked at the pastries and other products. The saleswoman asked me to wait in a room behind the counter. Politely, I told her I preferred to wait standing up, but she insisted, even going so far as to say, "Yes, yes, go ahead because you're stressing me out with all this pacing." I don't think that kind of behavior from her is very customer-friendly. And she even dared to tell me I was staring, which isn't true. I mean, was I pacing back and forth or staring at her? She realized she was being tactless but didn't apologize. Ce qui me rassure c'est qu'il n'y a pas que moi à avoir des mésaventures dans cette "boulangerie" en voyant les autres avis. PS : le sandwich kebab est affreux, j'ai essayé de le manger pour ne pas le jeter mais je n'ai pas pu.

As a long-time customer, beyond the quality of the products, I want to highlight the bakery team, who are truly fantastic, and especially Zoé and Lucie, who radiate a rare positive energy. They always have a smile or a kind word for customers.
