We just had lunch at this restaurant, and the staff is really lovely. The restaurant is clean, the staff is friendly, and the service is quick. However… a quick word for some customers 😅 The restrooms looked like they'd been used for a target shooting competition! 🚽🎯 This is obviously not the staff's fault, as they can't be behind every single customer, but if some of them could learn to aim properly (or simply respect the premises), it would be a real plus for everyone!

The young woman who served me had just blown her nose and wiped it without washing her hands. When I received my order, I asked her if McDonald's provided hand sanitizer. She replied, "What do you mean?" I told her I saw her blow her nose without washing her hands, and she replied without batting an eye, "Oh yeah! Yeah, I forgot!" Okay, extra germ nuggets! Perfect. Enjoy your meal 😋 I'm adding to my review after your response: first, thank you for your message and for your attention to it. Second, I stand by what I wrote; the incident occurred on Saturday around 10:30 a.m. (the time I posted the message). What shocked me most was the young woman's idiotic comment, "Oh yeah, I forgot." This implies that she knows she made a mistake. No apology, no self-reflection.

An incredibly friendly and dynamic team; I was treated to a personal choir for my birthday at the drive-thru, both when paying and when placing my order. Well done, keep up the good work, and thank you again! 🤩

Very disappointed. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time I've had problems with the same employee who hands out orders. On my previous visit, she forgot my nuggets. After I came back, she gave me beef burgers when I had ordered fish. I had to drive back twice, without receiving a single apology. Today, I ordered a Maxi Fish New York meal with cheddar fries, and the amount of fries and cheddar was ridiculously small for a paid option. On the other hand, I'd like to thank the person who took our order at the drive-thru: she was very friendly, pleasant, and professional. I hope to receive a refund or, at the very least, some kind of compensation!

This isn't a restaurant, it's a junk food vending machine.
